Crispy Ground Beef Tacos

Crispy Ground Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 small flour or corn tortillas
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
oil for frying
2 cloves garlic
smoked paprika to taste
cumin to taste
chili powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. tomato sauce
any veggies or topping you prefer on tacos (I used lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and pickled red onions)

Instructions:
1. pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan and toss in minced garlic. once garlic has had some time to cook, add ground beef and seasonings. while the meat is frying, you can prep your toppings.

2. remove the beef from pan, heat to high and pour in more oil. Place as many tortillas as you can fit in the pan, scoop meat and shredded cheese onto half of a tortilla and fold in half, pressing down so the cheese sticks it together. Fry until tortilla is crispy, then flip to fry on other side. Repeat until out of filling.

3. Before eating, open up the tacos and put your fillings inside. Enjoy!

Here's a bonus drink recipe to go with your tacos :)
