Ingredients:
1-2 links of any type of sausage (all beef, Italian, smoked sausage, etc)
1-2 leaves swiss chard
pizza sauce
mozzarella and parmesan or cheese of your choice
For cauliflower pizza crust:
1 large head cauliflower
1 large egg
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Cook sausage either in links or remove from casing and cook as a crumble. If in links, thinly slice after cooking. We like this as a way to use a few leftover sausages we cooked previously!

If you made a cauliflower crust, it will be already baked. If you made a flour-based crust, you may partially bake it before adding topping or bake the crust and toppings together.
Chop up the swiss chard and grate cheese.
Add pizza sauce, swiss chard and cooked sausage to pizza. Put grated cheese on top.
For cauliflower crust, bake at 425 degrees F for about 5 minutes, then broil until bubbly. For other crusts, cook as per recipe. Enjoy!
